What is the length time for a typical B2B Lead/Gen campaign?
Typical campaigns last anywhere from 90 days to 3 years. Evoke Campaign Management Specialists will customize a Sales Lead Generation Campaign for your specific sales cycles or trade show circuit. We understand that certain industries lend themselves to seasonality and we will work within your specific seasonal sales cycles. You may start and stop as needed. There are NO long term contracts with Evoke. You can use the service for one month or for as many months or years as you wish, it’s completely up to you.

How often will I get a progress report?
Evoke’s “STATUS REPORTING” feature provides weekly reports detailing the full week of leads worked with their current status. Your weekly report will be emailed to you in Excel or PDF format for your convenience.
Where are your Call Associates located?
All of Evoke’s associates are located independently across the USA. Evoke is not a Call Center.
How can you keep your prices reasonable if all your Call Associates are in the US?
We are committed to offering great services at a fair price. Most of our business comes via the internet, our own Call Associates’ efforts and word of mouth from satisfied clients. Therefore, we are able to operate without a lot of overhead.
Will I have a specific account rep or be at the mercy of the “luck of the draw” when I call Evoke?
Customer service is paramount to Evoke. The moment your campaign begins, your account will be assigned a specific Account Representative who will continue to monitor your campaign and provide you with regular feedback. Your account rep will review the feedback from your specific Call Associates, including which parts of the script are resonating well with your prospects and which parts should be altered to meet your specific needs. Your Account Rep will provide their personal email address and toll free number.
